Who We Are
W.B. Howland is a full-line building supply, hardware store, and rental equipment center serving Live Oak and the North Florida / South Georgia area since 1926 — a True Value Home Improvement Warehouse. We carry lumber, plywood, doors, drywall, windows, insulation, roofing, and siding, plus a complete hardware department with electrical, plumbing, paints, fasteners, hand and power tools, and farm & fencing — and we design, build, and manufacture roof and floor trusses.
W.B. Howland's sales force for building material cannot be matched anywhere in the North Florida / South Georgia area, with over 80 years of experience selling building material. And we have the equipment to deliver what we sell — a fleet of 60-ft boom trucks, tractor-trailers with forklifts, dump bodies, hi-lift trucks, and roll-off trailers.
We're located at 610 11th St SW, Live Oak, FL 32064, open Monday through Saturday, 7am to 7pm.
A Father to Son Family Tradition
As a division of W.B. Howland Co. since 1926, Howland Truss is a family-owned operation and has been in the truss business since 1994, starting with a dozen or so employees in Live Oak, FL. Today we operate two truss plants and a full-line building supply encompassing over 62 acres. Like many, we started in the residential market and grew into a well-respected truss provider. Today Howland Truss can design, build, and supply even the largest multifamily jobs with roof and floor trusses. Howland's also owns and operates a full-line fuel truckstop and retail store to keep our trucks rolling regardless of fuel-supply issues.
